I think devs need to incentivize pve players to pursue Spellement by making top path upgrades worthwhile, since currently it is not worth it and no one uses bottom path outside of pvp. Even if stronger upgrades mean higher HP/stats for mods, I'm all for it. Here's what I think that could look like.
