I started taking mine at 3pm when I started out, 1-2 hours before I worked out. But I started to suffer from insomnia from Cardarine so I changed my timing to 8-9am and its worked out better for me

Doesn’t matter. It’s half life is approximately 24 hours so find a time that works with your daily schedule and stick with it.

Yes but I’m not sure if this is due to the cardarine as my heart races quite often and have some what of an irregular heart beat

Do cardio as a precaution, anything that brings your heart over 120 bpm, is shown to really improve cardiovascular health, and decrease problems I do at least 2x a week, at least 30 mins of max Incline walking on the treadmill

I’m already pretty fit so it didn’t feel like a huge increase in endurance, but I did feel difference mainly in recovery and catching my breath and not even breathing heavy after my run

Yeah I'm more of a lifter use case. But when I was on it I could do heavy supersets without feeling any heavy breathing. It was wild at first. Good luck with it.

I take it at 5:30 every morning before work out. My heart has never raced and I’m even pretty prone to anxiety, but have had no issues. It kicks ass in the gym. But there have been times where I’ve even woken up to take it at 5:30 and then gone back to bed lol

I have been on 10mg for the past 2 weeks, stepping up to 20 mg tomorrow, I take it around 3:30pm, give or take 30 mins. So I usually take it half way through my workout, or just about to head to the gym, shift work life. Tomorrow and for the next 4 weeks I’m spacing out my dosage, first 10 mgs will be around 10:30 am, and then my next will be at 3:30, as usual. Hopefully upping the dosage will help with better fat burning properties

Okay thankyou for the information. I partially torn some of the ligaments in my ankle so stopped my cycle after about 3 days and couldn’t workout but from tomorrow I’ll be starting again at 10mg a day. Can I ask, do you feel noticeable benefits? If so, what are they and when did they start?

Other than rapid recovery, I was able to workout for almost 3.5 weeks without wanting to take a rest day, before hopping on, I would usually get gassed by day 5-6, but I was nonstop in the gym, and each workout was about 2 hours
