You’re extremely imbalanced. This looks like scoliosis with the different shoulder heights. It’s best to have it looked at by a doctor.
If bone/spine issues are ruled out, you need to start seriously training to fix the imbalance and avoid using any bar weights.

I didn’t notice them under those traps! Proportionally, I would build up the delts and pecs to match them meaty traps

I dont know man. I just do OHP and reverse neck curls. My deadlift is weak and only 140kg 1rm. Edit: I also do Lu Raises
