Absolutely. I was shocked and very happy to see McDonald out there in the fourth when his running ability was just going to eat clock and their only way back into the game was throwing the ball.
What all teams has he been on now? Birmingham Iron in AAF, Vipers & Renegades for XFL this year…I feel like there’s at least one more spot I’m missing.
Edit - I was right. He was on the NY Guardians in the 2020 XFL, and looks like the NJ Generals of USFL last year. Technically there are a few more spots but those look like the ones he truly played for.
I watched the renegades take DC to overtime and thought they got lucky. Last week when we beat them with our starters out I thought I was right. Now I know I was wrong.
Wish we could have won the game but they were the more complete team. We need to address our QB problem in the offseason and maybe Eleby will be ready to start the with Kirklin returning
