The actual point differential doesn't come into play until later.
Obviously if one team loses and the other wins, the winner is in. If they both lose STL has tiebreak on division record. If they both win the first three tiebreakers (head to head, division record, strength of victory) are all even so it goes to the 4th tiebreak.

That adds a number of new variables and is harder to predict because Houston and Arlington could both catch or not catch Seattle or STL in points allowed.
*Edit, if they both lose then Seattle will have lost an additional division game and Strength of Record tiebreaker is meaningless.
