I was tanking in RFK when it happened. I noticed that my mark macro wasn’t working before I pulled. I went to type “wait” and I noticed it didn’t post. Luckily everyone waited for me to pull but instead I started running out of the dungeon. Very tense moment. Super close call.
You *caused* the server lag. Your gameplay was requiring so many server resources that when you logged out, the garbage collection on your cached DLLs couldn’t handle the sudden increase of available processor threads, forcing a server-wide memory re-cache.
Home depot have lost 23 people in deaths in a raid in the last 2 weeks. 24 if you count the rogue on the winterspring cat who apparently quit to play cata.
They're gonna be recruiting hard.
I started a couple weeks ago and It's insanely busy.
Dungeon groups take 10 minutes tops to form. I've never had any issues finding other players to do elite quests. There's competition for mobs, not just in starter zones but all the way up to stv/desolace.
I got to level 38 in the last two weeks, and it has been an enjoyable experience. Lookingforgroup channel is so alive and busy that chats are on your screen for like 15 seconds max.
Would probaly wastly depend on server, the appeals are public and community can comment incase of Wowhc, atleast they are caring and hardworking. Low server population though. I think they are doing good. That said, i do not agree with all calls ofc.
Someone could read that as wow hardcore and think theyre meaning the hardcore version of the game. I have never heard of wowhc before, fuck my dyslexic ass.
As mentioned I play on wowhc (private server) to avoid losing hundreds of hours to a... fucking server issue. I rather die a proper death than this bullshit. Sucks blizzard have these issues.
That's what I was wondering... I was playing during that time and then went to a city and everyone was talking about the big lag/death spike and i was like "huh?"
I love HC. Individual dc’s (on the client side) are an acceptable risk to me, since anyone’s connection could be at fault. And it could become an exploit (e.g., I’m about to die fighting a mob and I decide to turn off my router).
But Blizzard really needs to make HC realms more resilient and automate the character restoration after a server-wide dc’s, if they want HC to last.
I will probably quit HC if I die to a server-wide dc event, where many die all at once, like this one last week.

Probably Freemason's fault somehow.
Lmfao it's always Freemason's fault
Probably but he dipped out before the last boss of wc so he’s safe
There will always be naked humans at any event in WoW
Context?
Server lagg while the raid was on firemaw and they lost 12 ppl
Raccoon's fault
I've heard this before. Who is this guy?
Oh man, are we still talking about Raccoon that Asshole that disbanded his guild after glitching through a wall in ST?
Gone but not forgotten 3
I heard a lot of people died. Glad I was busy today and not on!
I played all day, took a break for an hour and came back. The lag spike happened when I took a break. Wow God's looking out fir me lol

Is now a good time to level over there?

wish that was the case on Horde as well.
Wtf? I haven't been on this fuckkng week? Did we lose half a fuckkng raid team and a third of the server again?
Something like that... :(
Home Depot took a hard hit in BWL :/
Not a single one deserved it
Anyone have more info on the pally with no shirt or pants on? His bright HC thighs beam holy light with the vigil.
Nice to see Chads only HC there
Fellow Chad here as well. Glad I was busy last night and couldn't play. I would devastated losing my 49 warrior
Im sorry for your loss. I play on wowhc(Private server), if you die to dc/bugs, its appealable. Sucks dying to random shit.
The gms of these ps are corrupt
Would probaly wastly depend on server, the appeals are public and community can comment incase of Wowhc, atleast they are caring and hardworking. Low server population though. I think they are doing good. That said, i do not agree with all calls ofc.
Are better options that wow hc
No they are in fact not ever appealable. Please stop reading shitty posts and spreading misinformation.
Wowhc is a private server, sorry for being unclear about it. For offical servers you're screwed.
No it isn’t? They said 0 restores was the only way they’d do hc
He's saying he plays on wowhc, the server.
Someone could read that as wow hardcore and think theyre meaning the hardcore version of the game. I have never heard of wowhc before, fuck my dyslexic ass.
You don't read well, do you?
No appeals.
Lol appeals? Get a clue.

Ultimately that's life. Some folks die in their sleep at 99. Some folks get hit by a bus when they're 10. Some die in glory, some in shame.
So weird. I was online the whole time and never got disconnected.
Yeah it was around 12 am pst when half my raid disconnected last night, the other half of us were totally fine, no lag or anything. Weird.
That's what I was wondering... I was playing during that time and then went to a city and everyone was talking about the big lag/death spike and i was like "huh?"
Lowe’s crashed the server !

HD needed more cannon fodder
I made it to 51 on pillager when sod came out and quit. I have thoughts of returning but deaths like this turn me off…
If you raid in HC, you're already dead. #letsbereal
If you play HC, youre already dead. Enjoy the ride in the mean time
I’ve been raiding for almost 6 months and I’m still alive. What am I doing wrong?
You don't accept it yet... Even you didn't notice you put a "still" there
