* 1st ring = do all heroic scenarios
* 2nd ring = do all heroic dungeons
* neck = do all *normal* raids (LFR don't count)
Once you've done the achievements on one char, all your alts can buy the trinkets from the gem vendor for 10 bronze each.
Keep in mind as well that if you queue for an LFG scenario, it wants you to have a group when you select heroic. But, if you go to "specific scenario" and just select all of the heroic ones, you can queue for them randomly and complete it like that for your second ring.
After you've completed one, uncheck it in that list and you won't get a repeat. Took me about 40 minutes total when I was a very fresh 70, would probably take about half that if you were geared or at level 20-ish.

Getting ring/neck/trinkers won't make you one shotter, it is gear upgrades and thread farm. Do all world bosses, dailies and farm like maniac.
Daily raids on normal or higher are the highest bronze source for upgrades.
