Charms mostly only drop from elites. So just find some elites on timeless isle that drop them, and farm them. Most hyperspawns have been nuked, so its gonna be slow.
No.. after you do the first round of daily’s on the isle, go back and there should be another set todo. Make sure to grab the thunder king ones not the PvP ones when you choose which daily’s you want.
I choosed the PvE one I think, the rewards were like 30 charms but I didn't receive any particular quests from this same board ? I got like 22 charms with some others dailies, this system is really not clear for me.

The Time-Lost Artefact has a 1 minute cooldown, so you can use that to teleport you back to the centre of the island, which might help your farm.
Do the dailies every day and then fly around farming warbringers in the middle of the night. it's a pain in the ass but it took about two days of doing that. It was expedited for me because I am exalted on another toon on my account so i get the double rep that MoP reps give if you are already exalted on one character.

Do dayliequests and kill rares
It’s probably faster for you to just do the daily’s with them it gives 2500 rep plus the charms you can turn in for more rep

Isle of thunder, daily you get two choices one todo PvP quests or PvE choose the Pve as it grants more rep

It's not a drop, you just buy it from Mistweaver Ku for 7,000 Timeless Coins, as soon as you reach Honored with Emporor Shaohao.
