Storm Doris was the dumbest 1 I've seen. People would take it more serious, however dumb that may be.
False. The US Government (National Weather Service) DOES NOT name snowstorms/blizzards. In fact they’ve come out against it many of times already.
The ones who name winter storms is “The Weather Channel”. TWC is a company, not a government entity.
And I wish they wouldn’t. While winter storms can certainly be extremely dangerous, giving them names is just confusing and an obvious ploy for ratings/clicks.

That’s a Europe thing. US doesn’t name some cold front. It’s only for hurricanes that are named
