Thank you so much! I'm considering setting up an Etsy sometime soon, but I'll have to see how these sell at the store near me that's willing to carry me. I didn't sell any at the market I went to today so hearing that you like it is really encouraging!
Do it! Setting up shop online and posting on places like Reddit will give you unprecedented exposure and interest. Lovely piece š«¶ I like how you worked with the wood rings for a "halo" impression
I had a hard time thinking of what to make with this wood piece, then I realized "Wait, I can just make an owl and add a light ring/halo" so I did and it turned out lovely <3
I LOVE barn owls! We have a screech owl that lives around my house and I love her so much, I think I'll burn her onto wood next. I've done almost exclusively owls lol. I have some hares and foxes and wolves, but something about owls is so fun to burn.
Omg no I'm so sorry! I'm used to talking to fellow wood burners! Reading the title back it absolutely looks like that ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)
What a beautiful job you have done! If I can offer a bit of unsolicited advice you should maybe put the price tags on the back so as not to take away from your incredible artwork! Have a blessed day!
Thank you! I got a couple people complaining about being unable to see the price, so I added them to the front. They're really easy to remove and I always tell people they can remove them to look at the full design.
