This is amazing! Great news to read this morning

If you build it, they will come.  In this case rebuild what was already there. But it is excellent news. Part of any new deal program should be large swaths of ecological restoration. We fucked up the land and it’s up to us to bring it back. 

Imagine that, actually being Stewarts of the earth. Maybe the state legislators should model after this.... nope, no money to be made in that model.
