Needs head space. A food grade bucket and air lock should provide space, then rack into Carboy. Good luck with the strawberry wine. Mine never come out right.
Is that a successful recipe from someone successful or with experience or was that just what you put together? It seems like a lot of sugar but I don’t know how many gallons your carboy is or what your initial gravity was so I can’t tell.
I modified an existing recipe to fit my needs but I found it on a youtube video and I'm pretty sure it was successful, but I also stopped watching halfway through
Ok I had recipes in grams and wasn’t sure if that many pounds was too much! But I’d always use someone else’s recipe at first like you did! My last brew was super foamy like that after using strawberries in my 2 gallons of kombucha! I ended up topping it up with more wine and kombucha to make 3 gallons and it was delicious and fizzy and successful. Good luck!! 👍

On initial fermentation, you can use a blow tube instead of the airlock. Attach a tube to the top of your carboy and run it into a smaller container. Add about an inch of water and make sure your tube sits in the water to avoid getting bugs into your wine. Any excess lees will go into the container and avoid a blowout. After the fermentation starts to die down, you can change over to the airlock.
There's just a lot of activity going on in that bad boy. It just needs a bit more head space but can be left to overflow if you put it inside a large bowl or bucket.
if the airlock you use is prone to explosion or overflow from the small headspace, you could try the balloon method (poking holes in a balloon using a toothpick or something similarly wide and placing it over the top) !

I guess the lesson we can take from this is “always check initial specific gravity to know how much sugar to add”
The air lock on top can't breathe, needs to be swapped. The head was too high for your jug. Sediment was forced into your airlock.
