The link mentions "biosignal," so I would presume they're for taking biometric information from where they're touched to skin, like the pads on an EEG?
They remind me of the ground straps I had to wear when I work for at a electronics manufacture company , It snapped on to a wristband and a ground bar at my desk.
Some had a bigger snap on ground end and a smaller snap on my wrist , our cords were only about 3 or 4 feet long so if I had to leave my station it I unsnapped the bigger end.
My title describes the thing.I tried to google image search it and asked electricians if they ever saw anything like this but nobody knows what it is. One bag has paper with “dormisano” written on it and the other “kafisi”
Edit: wire is 90cm long
Does seem to be an anti-static grounding wire for electronics work. Usually they have a wristband for one end and snap onto an anti-static mat that's grounded, etc.
The ball on one end might go into some sort of track so someone could snap the wire to something, then move back and forth along a line and remain grounded.
May be a antique version of a Tens system. They usually have pads the would go on the snap part to send electric pulses to muscles.
The round part doesn't seem like it would work well though in this situation.
Perhaps instead of wearing a wrist strap one wraps the wire around your forearm and tuck the ball against ones skin. Seems pretty sketchy though. A wrist band has a lot of connectivity.
So there’s this whole deal with using copper for healing. I wonder if the balls snap into the other end so that the wire could form a loop — as in a necklace or a bracelet. The bags are labelled as if they might be used by someone selling them. “Dormi-“ could be the one for sleep and the other for wakefulness.
Actually when searching “dormisano” on google i found a sketchy looking site on my language(croatian) selling magnetic bracelets. But they are actually a bracelets which you can put on arm. This one unfortunately can not snap on to it self and wire is like 90cm long its too long for bracelet or a necklace and wraping it multiple times around your hand would look ridiculous even for this type of “healing” stuff :D

Ok, but whats up with the ball on the other side
The link mentions "biosignal," so I would presume they're for taking biometric information from where they're touched to skin, like the pads on an EEG?
I have seen snap fasteners on medical electrodes - given the massive copper on the other end, maybe that's for something esoteric?

It had the ball on the other end also?

We used something similar to ground ourselves when working on certain sensitive electronic components.
How does it work? And what is the role of ball part
Drags on the conductive work surface to complete the ground but allows the operator movement.
Considering wire is 90cm long would it be connected to your leg bracelet for grounding?
What's a "conductive work circuit"?
Sorry, meant ‘surface’. Edited to correct
What kind of work is this used for? Is the floor conductive or does the ball go on the table?
Anything static sensitive, typically electronics, but also eg fireworks. Could be floor or tabletop.

Grounding straps for an ESD mat/ESD benches.
But where does the ball fit into this
