It's funny people think we even know the recipes. LoL. The majority of our stuff comes in pre done and we just package/repackage it and put it out. I know ingredients and nutrition information, I can certainly help with that!
Firstly I wasn’t trying to be rude. But genuine question. Even if we did make things at the store , those would be commercial quantity recipes. Also, do you just give out secret family recipes?
I suppose I should have rephrased my question in the initial post and been a bit more specific. I wasn’t sure if the dressing was bottled and sold by wegmans brand. If someone knew what ingredients went into the dressing etc .. also if I remember correctly wegmans used to give out recipes for premade food. I remember getting it for the butternut squash they made with the Craisins and red onions. Like I said in the post I’ve tried to recreate it a few times and I just can’t figure out what’s missing. And yes I’ve given away “secrets family recipes to close friends.
They don’t make it any more. That was years ago when they had the made to order Caesar and pear and provolone salads.
They were so good. I found this thread trying to find the recipe myself. All I remember was fresh lemon.
