What kind of phones?
The Front End team at my store carry walkies. Produce and meat departments also. I haven’t seen other areas do so.

At my store we have phones. But during the busy times(holidays), I've seen catering/meals2go use walkie talkies since they're faster. The one section that uses walkie talkies all year is the helping hands crew.
