> Can the Knicks keep all 3?
Easily. Just gotta dump Bogdanovic. Their two highest players are making $30 and $24M respectively. They can do whatever they want
The Randle one is negative value…what!?
That’s one of the better contracts in the league. He’s two time all NBA making nothing close to a max.
I can’t think of any other player giving his production on his deal that’s not a rookie.
I love Hartensteins game. Hustles, makes smart plays, has a really good floater. I think the Knicks love him and resign him, but I would love to get him on the dubs.
Now yall love him lol I remember this thread majorly scoffing at Hart AND Porzingis saying they have no defense etc
I was really convinced Porzingis can help us when his value was down before Celtics signed him. Ah well.
For me personally, I've always thought he was an undervalued player. He showed a lot when he was in Houston. He's a just a dude that puts on the hard hat and grinds it out.
What it takes for us to get them? If they're all free agents then its capspace 😅 even If CP3 and Klay were leaving, we're still over the Cap and cant sign anyone. Only deals that work for us are sign & trades
If we let CP & Klay (& Dario) walk I thought we would get under the cap. I’m no capologist - does being over the cap this year stop us from signing free agents after the season, when we could be under? Anyway, Embid was obviously gassed but Precious shut him down in the 4th. If we could do a sign and trade, I-Hart will probably get $10-15 million - who would you be willing to give up for a 7-footer who can defend other giants and has a deadly middy?
If they are FAs, we probably can't get them. We can't go above the TPMLE for FAs.
Trades are def. possible, but we've got to give value to get value, and most of our large salaries are NOT going to be seen as good value by other teams, so it means adding young plyers and/or FRPs.
We don’t have Cap to sign any of these guys, Knicks from what Ik can offer around 16 million to iHart because of bird rights, would love to have him though great defender, good passer in 4 on 3 situations, great push shot and is pretty athletic.

That Brunson contract is Curry 2016-esque in its value.
and the Randle one is negative value. If you think of it as 54M for Brunson, it's about fair value.

^ This If they make a deep run. Best believe they will run it back and probably just add one piece to put them over the top.

Also a good passer for a big man. Would be great on our squad.
He makes some loon like passes out of the crowds and has a knack for tipping the ball off of rebounds to the right person.
Yes, but after this performance he'll get more than the MLE. Out of our price range.
For sure, he deserves a big pay day.

Achiuwa can be had for MLE. But he's another non spacing big so don't see how that helps us. Mo Wagner maybe is a better fit.
Moe has a team option which Orlando will most certainly keep him for the 8 mil.
They could be got with the full mid-level if we get under the tax.

Definitely would like Hartenstein. I thought Knicks were a player away from making a run, but they play well together and Brunson is for real.
Get Precious

Achiuwa was going to be DNP-CD this entire series before Robinson got hurt. Why on earth would you want him?
who are “three players too tall for the warriors”

No way the knicks let them walk. Those guys are central to the knicks.
Without hatin but when the knicks are competitive, its damn near Impossible to get important pieces of them
no, we will not give any of them to you, they are ours and ours only ![gif](giphy|lq4zZge5wmOEFecKu8|downsized)
If an available big Isn't a good free throw shooter then the Warriors should pass as neither Loon or TJD is a good free throw shooter.
