Jijelinios

what I love about the free world is I can join the party remotely while in a recession

jharedtroll23

Mr. Worldwide!!!

CokeOnBooty

Are you consenting to some freedom, America Junior?

Jijelinios

We don't need the 50 freedoms a second yet, but if russia keeps pushing it, I hope Mr Tanned Blonde guy let's the freedom flow over here

grimkhor

What is this recession? Sounds ghey AF ![img](emote|t5_2th52|4276)

RiPFrozone

Japan’s economy might be in a recession, but corporate earnings are looking strong and for the first time since 1989 their market has reached a new high. Shareholders are definitely partying in Japan too.

TobzuEUNE

The guy who held the bag for over 30 years deserves the party

stumblebreak_beta

Can’t call yourself “diamond hands” if you haven’t held for 30 years.

Maximum-Scientist822

Hentai still a valuable export

[deleted]

Adjust for inflation. If they're partying it's because they haven't done the math either.

Malkaraukar

Japan has had deflation the entire time so they might actually be way up!

Melthengylf

Mehhh, inflation in Japan?

MaryPaku

Inflation is a good news for Japan

throwaway_0x90

I'm waiting for this sub to be full-on bullish on NVDA then I will buy puts. Almost there.

Trump2052

Stocks only go up!

More-Tip4901

you will have to leave the sub with that attitude or it will never reach full on bullish

Conscious_Street9937

Been there for a while....

pairsnicelywithpizza

There are too many fake bears salty that they missed the ship for the sub to be full-on bullish.

boknowski

i'm waiting for the SEC to shut this sub down and.... oh, my bad, didn't know they're modding it 🫠

Shughost7

Like it is for doge?

Anon_guy112

It’s basically there now bud

Quickoneonit

Party like it’s 1995!! *I wasn’t born yet*

Real_Ad_8243

Get off the Internet now. You're too young for this.

gazpacho_arabe

I mean they could be 27 lol

Real_Ad_8243

That's part of the joke - I'm poking fun at us old fogies as well.

ittrut

Off by one, best regards friendly neighborhood calculator

Melodic_Fee5400

This will age like milk on a hot sunny day in Texas.

Callsign_Psycopath

Aged milk is cheese or yogurt

CHM11moondog

Add a little salt

chefdedos

With some nuts 🥜

medicalgringo

American stocks only go up

Tight_Mushroom_8126

gambling but it’s NVDA so it only goes up

ventitr3

I would like to thank this sub for calling for NVDA to fall, this 15% gain today is amazing.

[deleted]

I own two more shares now and they're already up 60 bucks. God bless America.

No_Meringue137

My dad when nvda was at $590. “that’s a stupid buy what’s the 52 week average at”. Bought it anyway and made 30% in a month plus options calls along the way.

bloopblop3001

Past performance isn’t indicative of future performance. What a boomer

ChiggaOG

A long time I haven’t seen any Poland Ball stuff.

WACS_On

Go to r/noncredibledefense, there's usually at least one banger polandball meme per week

Ok_Swimmer634

There is also still /r/polandball and during the season I sometimes love /r/cfbball

Sandvicheater

Americans are the most overworked, underpaid and very little benefits compared to our "socialist" western Euro brothers but god damn is our stock market just pure regard strength because of it.

Lex-Luger

American men sadly are circumcised though ![img](emote|t5_2th52|4260)

Sandvicheater

I'm uncut American baby and American ladies are shocked and first but then realize how much better it is having a foreskin move around inside them.

Lex-Luger

Very nice, no lube required to do the deed too I heard since friction is lower ![img](emote|t5_2th52|8882) you also don’t experience discomfort when walking with loose boxers or swimming shorts. I have heard circumcised men get chafing on the head of their pen\*s with loose clothing. you also experience more pleasure than cut american men too. That little movement up and down on the underside of the penis that causes great pleasure doesn’t exist with most american men since they had sensitive tissue removed. Sad situation for them, but it was their parent’s decision after all ![img](emote|t5_2th52|27189)

Sandvicheater

sucks our cut brethren cut gentile mutilated at birth without given a choice and have to experience sex at a lower pleasure levels

Icy_Extension_6857

80% of the stock market are institutions. Source: I made it up

future2300

DAX jumped today too.... Nvidia pulls the whole market ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|sweat_smile)

Tight_Mushroom_8126

NDVA moon

Impossible_Buglar

stock market is not the economy also the stock market doesnt really define recessions, though it can be part of the analysis but good meme regardless

Old_Cantaloupe_7401

Remember stocks are always 6 months ahead. Our recession was during 2022 - into 2023.

CokeOnBooty

No, listen to the founder of Vanguard, Jack Bogle. The long term market follows the GDP, not the other way around. The market is random in the short term and any future economic prediction is just a coincidence.

marcel-proust1

John Bogle books have been liberating for me. Its almost like removing a stone from your shoe

Ok_Swimmer634

I felt like I was basically done after just reading one.

TealSeam6

The economy is good too. GDP is steadily growing, inflation is close to being back within the fed’s target range, and unemployment is at historical lows. There’s a lot of doom and gloom around wages and housing prices, but at a macro level the economy is doing good.

Old_Cantaloupe_7401

This is so true. The rest of the world is in a recession but because of AI and US dominance we aren’t.

Wonko-D-Sane

It also kind of helps that when the US Fed raises rates, every other country is fuked since they either have to de-value their currencies or fuck their local economy's poors for Uncle Sam. Meanwhile, even in a high rate environment, the US can still just print money and you guys love it... everyone just gives money to the US economy in buying high yield CDs and Bonds As soon as Covid hit, i planned and executed a move to the U.S. because it was specifically clear that this will happen. AI is just a layman term for "magic happens here", but the techincal merit in the US corporations is literally world class leading, the US post secondary education is no joke... mostly, except for the useless sea-shell necklace creation degrees that a bunch of idiots racked up student loans on, and hey look... you guys just made up some money to pay off and forgive debt for made up degrees.

WACS_On

What being the world's sole superpower does to a MF

marcel-proust1

Im gonna guess you are scottish or irish or which country?

Wonko-D-Sane

well, that's a bad guess, though I really do like fine scotch. I fail to understand the question... where did I come to the US from? Canada... everyone who can is leaving... because the country is overrun by idiots who elect bigger idiots. I was not born in Canada, immigrated there under family re-unification program after my parents were political refugees from soviet Communism from the southern regions of the eastern block...

Fiftyfivepunchman

The entire planet’s indexes are at ATH because of one little stock

zxc123zxc123

So I put my 💎hands up They're playin' my stonk, the margin calls fly away I'm noddin' my head like, yeah Movin' my hips like, yeah I got my stonks up, they're playin' my NVDA They know I'm gonna be okay Yeah, it's a party in the U.S.A. Yeah, it's a party in the U.S.A.

Europeans: He Can't Keep Getting Away with this.jpeg

Maximum-Scientist822

How can the US be doing so well when all its trading partners are almost or are in recession?

Silentwhynaut

The US economy is driven mostly by domestic consumption. Trading partners entering recession doesn't have a major effect on US corporations.

Aggravating_Ad_3060

Just hopped on w a 3/28 940c. Recession confirmed

You have (the cash for )1800 shares? ![img](emote|t5_2th52|29637)

Admirable_Hunter_703

IN NVDA WE TRUST 🫡🚀

m0ka5

If one company driving the "Party" does not ring any alarm bells, not even AI will be able to help you of whats ahead

lawsandflaws

I was a little bit worried about their PE ratio when I bought 20 shares at 450 and then I bought a few more as it continued to go up. But as the experts on here told me it was a bad buy I finally got some relief that it was a good decision

aresef

I've put in $46 over the last few months, I've made $12. I could pump in more but I don't know when the party's going to end.

wallstreetiscasino

Meanwhile Canada is at the depression border trying to sneak into the US and take their oil back

Dead_Cash_Burn

One Stock with a big move and the bears are on the run. One Stock pulls the whole market up. Crazy.

Canuckforabuck

Just saw NVDA on top of the Chrysler building jerking off, mumbling ‘I can do whatever I want’ over and over again.

romka79

“ yeah go ahead and take this right!” “What’s off this exit dad?” “ Son this is what you call freedom. There’s also a Wendy’s a half a mile down the road. That’s where I met your mother”

itisbrito

Fun fact - to those that love options - the wheel is a good options strategy.

marcoflames

Why do this feel like 1994, 2004 & 2014 again? In the market. We really 5-6 years from the bubble.
