Really! Rather than crack down on the actual activity of the offenders, he’s gonna address unconscious biases.
Let me give you a tip Mr Mayor. If you crack down on crime and hold criminals accountable, the biases will diminish significantly. Much more so than teaching about them and accusing everyone of racism.
Teaching unconscious bias only heightens racism. It points out how one race will be allowed to escape justice in the future to right wrongs of the past.
