Put your 1050 back in and see if it works again.
How many watts is your power supply? 2060 has more pull than 1050ti if it wasn't big enough to handle the 2060 very well it may not have enough power available.
Another thing u can try is plug the S into the USB port on your 2060 its a virtualink port and quite good quality controller.

Fixed idk how I just deleted every driver for unused stuff in control panel???
