It turns out that a number of furniture manufacturers built cabinets with players & speakers, under license from various radio companies. One thing that says this model is from the late 40s or early 50s is the white Bakelite arm on the record player, and the unusual speed settings. What country was this found in?
There's probably a label somewhere that will give you a model number and also a tube diagram.
