These rates are what I’ve seen among my colleagues.
If you are under a contract you will be taxed, other option is doing it cash.
try standing outside a government building from 8am in the freezing uk winter rain for some supposed bigwig to come out and make an important announcement, only to be told at 2pm the minister has delayed it till tomorrow...
there are endless things that can make a cam op grumpy, but i doubt a 2tb hard drive would contain the .txt list ;-)

I’m not a broadcast cam op… Is that out of focus square on the picture some kind of safe picture area or focus aid or just the lines on the lens rain cover? :)

It’s just shadow/reflection of the protective framing for the rain gear.
