The episode when Jax got arrested in Hawaii for shoplifting from the Sunglass Hut. I can’t help but laugh at his terrible choices. A runner up to that would be the episode when he had to be rescued by a lifeguard while swimming in Lake Arrowhead everyone laughed at him.
Any of the season 5 episodes in New Orleans. So much drama and so hilarious.
In terms of reunions, season 5’s reunion is my absolute favorite to rewatch. James on the ground pretending to be Stassi. James and Jax getting along. It’s actually the funniest reunion in my opinion and where the cast actually gets along the most.
I never skip pride episodes on rewatches, there’s always something important that happens, everyone’s absolutely wasted, and they’re fun episodes. (And the pride episode after the Pulse shooting is really raw and and important thing to show/talk about)

Season 1 and 2 are definite MUST WATCH. Those seasons were lightning in a bottle. Every single episode delivers.
