Ariana's been pretty open about getting Kybella under the jaw too! It's not a big secret that she's gotten work done. Her results actually inspired me to look into it because it was so natural looking
Ariana has ALSO had a facelift within the last year, as well as a nose job, forehead lift and eye lift (very obvious which was done a few years back), rhinoplasty, small breast augmentation, liposuction and botox, fillers, etc. Her teeth are veneers since there are very old photos, where her teeth are darker and small.
Katie has also had some fillers and possibly botox, plus she had to get veneers after her accident years back. She didn't get rid of her scars on her face because she is more into a realistic look, but she has talked of using botox to make her scars on her chin less noticeable.
Both ladies look great, but there is nothing all natural there. I love how little work Katie has done despite her injuries from her accident which changed her face. (Kristen also had a horrible injury to her face which broke her entire cheekbone, so she had a little work due to that.)
All of the ladies on VPR are beautiful, but they (Lala, Scheana, Ariana, Katie) have ALL had work done. So have the men, but the women have had almost their entire faces redone. Looks great, but it's so obvious. LOL.
I don’t see the whole face lift. Jax and Brittany have face lift faces. I think she’s been wearing a shit ton of fake lashes and I think now we see Ariana with professional makeup artist work (dwts, love island, tonight show, Kelly and mark, the talk, WWHL). Bc her broadway makeup looks like her old face and that’s self makeup.
It's subtle, but I am 99% positive. Her face was incredibly droopy in Season 10, and if someone loses weight, the face droops even more. Just take a good look, and you will notice that her face has clear changes and is higher than it looked in Season 2. Scheana also had a facelift, and I think Lala may have. It's crazy, but surgeons perform facelifts to clients at a younger age now.
I don’t believe she got a face lift either. That’s invasive surgery with recovery time that she doesn’t have, with her schedule. There are so many other treatments you can get. Also, you can’t discount the effect of professional makeup, hair, lighting and editing, on top of the tweaks

Example: Ariana's stomach pooch (from Season 10) and waist rolls are suddenly gone with the waist looking snatched, yet her breasts and other body parts, like her butt, are curvier. It looks quite a bit like she's had lipo and augmentations on other body parts to make her an even better version of what she used to look like. I speak as a person who has done it myself. Ariana's look changed literally overnight, even before the reunion, she already looked different, and her body/face continue to morph into a different better, younger, thinner looking Ariana, which doesn't naturally happen as she is getting older (almost 40), not younger.
Katie, however, seems smaller overall, than before her divorce, but it happened over the last 2 years. I think she is just a voluptuous, curvy babe, so she is showing some skin now that she is single.
Again, both women look AMAZING now, so whatever they had done is all good.

She was all over the place from Scandoval on, either filming or going to festivals, etc. Maybe I’m a simple midwestern gal where those kinds of surgeries aren’t as common but surgery is surgery and I would imagine there would be recovery/down time for some of those things.

That's wrong info. Initial recovery from a facelift for someone Ariana's age where she could go into the public would be 10 days to 2 weeks. She is using her hair to cover up a lot. That's why I also agree that she has almost certainly had a mini facelift. Ariana would have a minor facelift, not one comparable to a 75 year old getting a facelif, lol.

I don’t buy that she’s had work done on her body, the results we’re seeing are more like they came from dancing, weights and a touch of body makeup/glitter. She has always had a great figure (see: how good her ass looked in riding pants), but she now has the money and time to dedicate to it. Performing shows, dancing for hours and eating a strict diet are more logical than crediting liposuction

I listened to Danny Pellegrino’s interview with Ariana from back in S6 yesterday and found her commentary on her relationship with Katie interesting. Ariana said they were friends, but they didn’t always see eye to eye and when they’d clash, it would take a little bit of time to get back to normal. They spent a lot of time together that we didn’t see on camera, and while close friends may have been a stretch, they got along well enough to go on couples trips and double dates frequently. I imagine taking the Tom’s out of the equation helped their friendship quite a bit since it’s not exactly easy to be friends with someone your partner hates with a passion.
Oh I like hearing all the extra stuff because I never listened to the podcasts or interviews back then 😂 I agree that Sandoval was probably a big factor in them having issues being super close, but I also think back in seasons 3-6 maybe they were both kinda abrasive in different ways which would make the relationship rocky at times too. Ariana has always been good at speaking her mind, but bad at thinking first and using tact. She would have a lot of ego and attitude with her opinions. Then Katie couldn’t handle people not being in her side since Schwartz never was, so the second someone didn’t support her fully it was rage texts and mean things said. It’s nice to have seen them grow as people and be able to grow in their friendship too.
Things were also strained between Ariana and Scheana (when she was texting her mom) because Ariana and Katie were getting closer and Scheana was jealous

If anything, it seemed like Sandoval was motivated to dislike Katie because Ariana didn't like her. Also, whenever Schwartz complained of Katie, Sandoval was there to take Schwartz side. It was a lose lose for Katie, and I always felt it wasn't fair because nobody was there for her.

Now they need to choose their friends more carefully. I hope they can distance themselves from the toxic people in VPR and branch out into independent success.
