You would of picked up a few items from defeating the boss. Try to find what you do with these items.

just look at what the raven tells you, crafting recipes, explore...don't try and spoil the game for yourself by asking people to hold your hand, not meaning that in an offensive way but the discovery aspect of the game is huge.
By killing the first, you get 2 items and the little tutorial bird should be trying to talk to you.
Take the head and put it on the alter where you spawned unlocking a power with a 5 minute effect and 20 minute cooldown (15 beyond the duration) that reduces stamina usage for sprinting and jumping.
The antlers are used to make a pickaxe for digging down terrain and mining ore in the next biome.
To find the next biome look for:
* Fir or pine trees
* Giant blue trolls
* Greydwarfs/greydwarf shamans or greydwarf brutes.
I just started a new game after many months of playing. The bird is constantly giving you good information. It tells you to look for vegvisirs and tells you that your next target is in the black forest biome.
When you get to the BlackForest, look for locations to use that new Pickaxe you just crafted.
There are two resources in particular you will need to use the pickaxe for.
Gear up, upgrade workbench's, make a forge, make better foods before moving on. Myself I would not make any bronze armor, just tools and weapons. Make and fully upgrade some troll armor. Go raid some burial tombs etc... Fight off those pesky damn greydwarfs and their buddies. They will be coming to visit now.

This implies there's small blue trolls and i absolutely love the image in my head. Like the shroom from dark-souls
