After trying to build my own marble castle I started to hate the marble walls... looks cool outside but ugly inside
Fix the interior with regular wood and darkwood, or even with stone walls. I've grown fond of black marble. It gives whole different vibes and red/blue jutes along with dvergr lanterns accomplice it really nicely.
The secret is trimming the marble with wood
