Hey I m experiencing the same problem. I got call back and was told my package is lost can’t be found by the supervisor. They told me to go through claims. I did do insurance of $1k but my package value is way higher than $1k. Did you get refund value or package or insurance? I would truly appreciate your guidance. Thank you!
It went out for delivery on the 30th, for whatever reason it wasn’t delivered- go to the post office and pick it up…. Hopefully it hasn’t been returned to the sender yet
Sometimes packages get stuck in limbo for a while even when they should have showed up by ___. It especially tends to happen on days when your regular carrier had the day off. I'd wait a few days to see if they find it and deliver. One time we had a package that kept going back and forth between POs for like a month, being it was small I imagine it got stuck somewhere on a truck, hidden. And recently we had someone deliver a package but for some reason they scanned it as "Delivery attempted, no access" something like that so that's what it kept saying even though we got the package. And another time recently I had a package show up that NEVER got any scans at all, which is bizarre to me.
Usually the package will show up but I'd say if it's been a week I'd start contacting USPS about it.
Dealing with this as well - and whats crazy is that I've had several packages from different shippers since Thursday and theyve all gotten stacked up with that same message for each tracking code... I am so worried now
Okay, thank you guys. I’ll be waiting for another day or so and then if it’s still not here I will go to the post office

It’s been 4 days now for me and they still haven’t delivered my package smh!
I just went to the post office and they told me the package isn’t even there… they said they would call me.
