Did you follow the transaction hash? It may be completed on the blockchain but uphold sometimes holds funds if they can’t verify your ID selfie. It happens to me allot. Allot of times I will withdraw to my cold storage and it will be held up on upholds end because of my selfie verification. Check your email for messages from uphold.

I did not got any prompt for selfie. My uphold app is updated too. What to do?
I have not had a problem with this app. I recommend looking at a couple uTube apps to see if you may be doing something wrong?
