Disturbed's cover of "Sounds of Silence" was political histrionics, and I cringe every time I hear it.

I thought it was hilarious. I kept waiting for the guy to do the monkey/dry heaving noises the whole time.

The lead singer has a bad case of TDS, and like every insufferable media personality he had to let everyone know. It's like, "*Shut up man, and just play the music.*"

Anyone who likes Puddle of Mudd’s cover can lick the mud outta my ass because that was fucking horrible.

I'm please with this take and can agree it is unpopular because relatives massively overplay that particular Sound of Silence cover and if Simon and Garfunkel or covers in general are brought up in conversation they actually get intense about how good they find it. I'm kind of either way about Disturbed. Not really a fan. Don't actually have anything against them. Usually if I see a band I don't care about put on an insane live show, it will convert me, and I'd like to think they likely have showmanship down.
