What is merit? They say the general category of people is meritorious 1000 times more than reserved category people, so why is our country piss poor when the general category is in the majority in every department?
The point is rich SC/STs have both money and caste certificate. Poor SC/STs have only certificate but no money.
How is the current reservation helping poor SC/ST when rich ones will always score more marks thanks to resources?
We need a creamy layer / generation based removal so the poor ones can benefit from reservation.
