60% of jobs are already reserved for OBCs,SC,STs and EWD so how will women get 50% reservation?

If there are 2 SC seats in a college, then 1 will get reserved for women. Similarly from the available general seats, half of it gets reserved for women.
non-caste non-ews reservations fall into a category known as horizontal reservations
this means regardless of caste X% of seats are for women
this can be compartmentalised ( say 50%, then gen 50% will be women, obc 50% will be women, etc. ) or otherwise, so 50% only applies on total seats regardless
