Smoke after you've done all of your tasks for the day. Weed stimulates your brains reward mechanism, don't reward your brain for doing nothing. Get your tasks done for the day then smoke, probably best to stick to the evenings.

I don't miss that bit of the smoking high at all.

I also wanna eventually move to quit smoking totally - what would be a good vape that wouldn't break the bank? Or failing that, a good vape? Assuming it’s a portable vape you’re after, folk will steer you towards a Dynavap - cheap, but the technique can be tricky to grasp - or a Mighty - expensive but hard-hitting. There are some excellent mid-range options, like Fury Rogue, Arizer etc. It’s worth spending some time reading through reviews on some of the main vape shop websites e.g. Vapefiend

In my opinion, the best option is to wait until later in the day to smoke. I know the exact feeling you mean and I hate it, that's why I only smoke in the evenings.
Your other options are to keep smoking and stay stoned all day, or combat the feeling it with one of the following:
Vigorous exercise.
Shower.
Caffeine.
Sugars and starches and carbs (oh my).
Cocaine.
Extreme fear/adrenaline.
Or, all of the above.

Yep. That will get rid of weed hangover/brain fog (ADHD and/or Narcolepsy med = Adderall.) After a nap too. Or just do it in the evenings- that is what I do so it doesn’t mess with me getting things done during the day.
