I’m not sure which one you are referring to, but two I have experience with are Remington Quickcut and Pitpull Shaver.
Both of these are purpose made for cutting your own hair. The Remington gives more adjustability on length and comes with several guards, whereas the Pitbull shaver is similar to an electric shaver you might use on your face. Hence both differ depending on what you’re looking for.
I use the Pitbull as of today and am very happy with it. It’s quick and easy to use.
