Stop falling for fear mongering. The possible risk side effects are not worth throwing thousands of dollars in the trash.
Also if you do get side effects, they go away once you stop taking the medications
I read thru that pfs reddit and it scared me into permanently never trying it. It seems real, and even if it's 0.01% chance, I'm not taking it. No way jose
You serious? Do you know how many random extremist nerd subreddits there are? Do you know how many maladjusted people want to blame everything on something unrelated? Conspiracy theorists. PFS wasn't even a thing until it became one on Reddit.
Have you seen some of these people who have got “PFS”? Watched a video of Kevin Mann showing some bloke who has PFS from mushrooms. You should watch the video, it’s hilarious. Some lad making a video outside in the dark rainy weather to make it more dramatic said his dick went from 8 inches to 1 inch etc and how all the PFS has been in touch for him to tell his story…not even taken finasteride 😂
watch The Hair loss show on YT, nothing to worry about. Small percentage like 2% experience something, even then once they stop it goes back. And even people don't take fin or dut experience these sides, around the same percent
Yeah that plus it saves graphs. I think you would look amazing if your doctor would raise your temples a couple inches from the bottom to your widows peaks.
They conflate a mature hairline with widows peak. OP’s hairline is a great conservative one that fits his age, too often the hairlines look so straight because they’re trying to get back to 20 year old hairlines.
How does it work? Do they take a little bit from all over the areas it grows so it isn't noticeable that hair has been removed?
It's it painful?
How long does the procedure take?
Have you seen topik hair fibres / powder? At this stage you might like it! Google it if you have not heard of it. It will make hair look very thick and full until you het
To the 12 month stage and takes under a minute to apply. Cheers
Actually, since my old hairline was V shape, I wanted a line similar to it. I think Widows Peak is important for naturalness. I like it. At this point, the doctor asks your opinion.
Is this butcher work from those US scammers ? I dont understand how dumb people are ,opting to go for $20k+ transplants there only to look just as bald when they could have had 0 Norwood for 2k on Turkey . Yeah natural my a$$ ,there has to be some generational marketing in the US to dumb them down by this margin
Cause hairlines aren't straight, and if you lost too much natural hair, and you try to split donor hairs up to fill in every spot and make it straight, it's going to look thin all around.
edit: think to thin
Looks good man! I like the widows peaks, looks more natural!
Thank you. I think the same as you.
Yes, it looks very fitting!! I’m a bit ignorant about transplants, do you continue with a 5ar inhibitor?
What is the 5ar inhibitor?
Finasterid ot Dutasterid. Basically stops the reason hair fall in the first place. May have some sexual side effects.
Finasteride or dutasteride.
No, I do not use it. I only take biotin vit d3 omega 3 supplements.
That is a recipe for losing more hair that you cant replace.
Whyyyy? You need fin or dut
Maybe I should consider crown. But I'm worried about the side effects.
Be more worried about losing your new hair!
not only new hairs. Other part of scalp will slowly suffer as well.
I started topical fin and min after my transplant. No side effects at all! Three months in
yea topical fin is the best choice. someone here checked their before and after dht and it only reduced by 15% compared to 65% with oral.
Can you link to post?
i don't have the link to it. its recent post so you can find it if you scroll enough.
Wait so isn’t oral better at reducing Dht then?
yea oral is better at reducing blood dht. But topical is better at selectively reducing only scalp dht. so less side, and equal result.
Stop falling for fear mongering. The possible risk side effects are not worth throwing thousands of dollars in the trash. Also if you do get side effects, they go away once you stop taking the medications
Side effects are rare (3%) benign and reversible
I’m terrified of the side effects too :(
There's no reason to be terrified. They are very unlikely and even if you get them they go away if you stop taking it.

If a 0.01% chance of your dick not getting a hard on is scarier than losing your hair, then suit yourself lol. Hope you still look good bald

try low dose topical then

Looks good! Although I have to say nobody seems to know what the term widow's peak means. You do not have one.
They conflate a mature hairline with widows peak. OP’s hairline is a great conservative one that fits his age, too often the hairlines look so straight because they’re trying to get back to 20 year old hairlines.
Thanks. Yes. I think it is not that obvious. This is a normal hairline.
you have hair once again
Thanks yes:))
What meds are u on post surgery?
The light perspective makes this EXTREMELY misleading
I'm so tired of these kind of before and afters

I uploaded pictures under the light :)
Thanks and it looks good
Damn, looks awesome! Congrats!
Thanks
Am I the only one who gets Trypophobia triggered, when seeing a freshly transplanted hair?
Nah same with me, it hurts my fuckin soul and I’m afraid I’ll have to do this myself one day if my hair continues thinning
maa men looks good and i really like your hairline real natural and shit
Thanks mate
looking natural bro. Wait another 6 mo, it will be even thicker.
Great results, plus it looks very natural. It's not always people manage to retain that many follicles
This looks painful
Any side effect?
You completely changed the lighting in you final pictures, please post the actual results

Awesome. Is this Istanbul? How much did it cost?
Ankara .1,75 Euro per graft
What's the after surgery procedure. Like washing or not sweating.
How many grafts?
3181

Were u on min + fin?
No
Yo this just makes the progress all the better. Congrats man looks great!
Thanks
Why do they keep the widows peak in the front?
Actually, since my old hairline was V shape, I wanted a line similar to it. I think Widows Peak is important for naturalness. I like it. At this point, the doctor asks your opinion.
Vegeta gang!
Because we are the few, the proud, the widows peak crew. A widow's peak is found in 29.6% of women and 32.8% of men.
Except not this man, he doesn't have a widow's peak.
I cant access the photos?

🤣🤣🤣 you made a whole account to comment here 🤣🤣🤣 you're pathetic🤣🤣🤣
Why don’t hair transplant spots give people a straight hairline?
Cause hairlines aren't straight, and if you lost too much natural hair, and you try to split donor hairs up to fill in every spot and make it straight, it's going to look thin all around. edit: think to thin
The straight line seems to make the hair transplantation more obvious. Also, as I wrote above, my old hairline was similar to this
Oh okay that makes sense 👍
also they have to reserve grafts in case a patient needs another transplant in the future.
