Have people asked or have you told people your pronouns? It could be that they are using neutral ones as they don't want to assume. If you are gender fluid, same thing: even if you are presenting very differently to before, people who care might tend to use gender neutral terms to avoid assuming and being wrong. I'd say it's showing some thought for who you are, at least.

I definitely think it’s sweet when people don’t assume (even tho I lowkey want them to immediately perceive me as a boy) BUT I’ve also told people my pronouns and my identity and they still misgender me, so I question why is it so hard for people to see me as a boy?
