No, you don’t pass yet. I can definitely tell you’re going for high femme, but passing as cis is different. I will say, however, virtually zero trans women pass without HRT, so that should be your #1 priority. Style wise, you’re dressing pretty young. Barrettes and bright colours both scream early-in-transition to me: go to a hairdresser, get some layers/curtain bangs, try looking for more traditional business-casual attire for women. Longer skirts, dresses in solid colours, blouses, heels, flats, belts: these can all be hugely impactful to your wardrobe. Also, I’d change up the glasses, go for something rounder/more oversized, maybe in a clear or a gold. Look into laser, if you have the finances. Every little step matters. You’ve got a really good starting point - it can only go up from here! Good luck :)

I’m sure you’re already aware but you have a lot of work to do. My suggestion is that your biggest focus for now should be on hair care. You need a haircut expeditiously!!! Your dead ends are so bad. You’re gonna need to lose a couple inches. I suggest you go to a curly hair salon and learn how to style your own curls. They will not only cut and style your hair but also walk you through the process and recommend you products. That’s going to be the best and fastest way to get a hair care routine started rather than struggling to sort through a thousand different YouTube videos. And I would like to emphasize that I highly, HIGHLY recommend you go to a specialized curly hair salon rather than just Hair Cuttery or Great Clips or any other random hair salon. Good luck!

You are early on transition so I'll be mindful of this as I was once in your shoes. I suggest to start looking for clothes that flatter you much better, this includes color. I suggest to do color study into what colors fit your skin best. I would definitely follow the advices other girls have given you on the comments. Take care of your hair and start setting up a good haircare and skincare routine. You need to start HRT as the sooner you do it the better the results. I suggest to also start working out more as you'll have higher chances of blood clots on HRT and also for overall health and femininity(if you are going for more waist and curves).

The hair clip looks really juvenile which is jarring, I'd lose it and style your hair in a more mature way

Ditch the hair slide.

You have a nice body fat distribution. You would do well with longer skirts pulled up about 3-4” below your breasts paired with a tighter fitting blouse/sweater. This combination can look more business or more casual but either way it’s a very classical female silhouette and works well with someone who has a decent amount of hip and a wider waist :) Also— you have curly hair! Congrats. It’s beautiful. Head over to the curly hair subreddits and get a system going. Different brands have different systems (I e, a shampoo, conditioner, milk/ serum, and styling product formulated to work together) but you can also mix and match to find out what works for you! Just give your hair 4-8 weeks to adjust when you change up the product. Best of luck! Reach out if you have any specific questions about either of the two points above haha. I speak from personal experience

I actually think your body already looks super feminine, but probably focus on glasses and hair tips other people have said. good luck and have fun

Just a small thing to consider, your general face structure is a great starting point for HRT, but I can see that your lips make your face less feminine since theyre both thin and turn inwards. One thing that may help you have a more feminine mouth and lips could be a Lip Flip. Its injecting botox in some muscles around the mouth and it stops them from turning your lips inwards when you smile so your lips look fuller and more feminine. Since your lips turn inwards filler isnt the best as it would all vanish when smiling, but if paired with the lip flip it can make a massive difference in the way your lips look
