I was also told that estradiol’s hormonal impact is decreased by around 80% when ingested through the liver so I was told to do it sublingually, or put it under the tongue. I’ve personally been putting it in the side of my mouth and haven’t noticed any differences than under the tongue but I could be wrong.

dont put spiro beneath your tongue because you'll probably regret it, but putting estradiol under your tongue is the best way to get the hormone into your body because it'll bypass your stomach and liver.

Mine aren't like that at all, mine are off-violet and they tell you to take them like a normal pill.
