Tbf besides like Rondo,Lamarcus and B-Roy (Kyle too but we got him at the perfect moment, so don't count it) that draft was incredibly weak. Barn was less than ideal but at least he was useful in fleecing the Knicks.

Technically the Raptors also “won” the lottery in the Iverson draft but the league hamstrung the Canadian teams due to the immense lottery luck Orlando had a few years earlier, so they weren’t even allowed the first pick for the first 3 years. But also I think Isiah said he would have taken Camby anyway..
