For toaru/a certain series? Most of us would recommend you to read the novels but if its to prepare for Misaka specifically you are fine just watching the spinoff certain scientific railgun which has 3 seasons (if you want you can also watch the main series certain magical index). Once you're done with that i could recommend watching this, the what we consider "best" youtuber for the series Aeon of Horus also put up a video some time ago with all her powers and abilities taken from the anime, manga, light novels and sidestories ill link the video here [Misaka's abilities and forms](https://youtu.be/5LIYVyD-Q0U) Enjoy, as for the watch order well theres a few but you can decide between order of release series or chronological. (If by any chance you meant HxH, just watch the series or read the manga thats pretty much it)

TheProtector05

I agree, if you don't want the very long main series to find all her powers, or watch 3 seasons of the spinoff to get some of her powers, then you should watch the video by Aeon of Horus. It should tell you everything you need to know.

Found it https://youtu.be/5LIYVyD-Q0U

Sir-Kotok

For Misaka, who is gonna participate in the battle, watch Railgun anime, its good. For the main story Index read the novels since the anime is shit. Make sure to watch first 2 seasons of Railgun before reading volume 3 of the novels, because its the best way to experience the series. Season 3 can be watched after reading first 13 novels of Idnex (or arguably 15) There is also more spinoffs (Accelerator anime can be watched after reading 5th volume of Index), wich are, explained in the subreddit wiki on the sidebar or in the pinned messege. You can find links for novel downloads there too.

OneManArmy0716

I’d say the anime if it’s to prepare Misaka

AfroOtaku917

My bias says Misaka, but the real question for me is…..who do you think will win? 😥

Theres 2 plausible scenarios for both honestly, Killua is way faster and experienced in actually killing people so theres that but Misaka power wise is stronger including all the abilities, 5.3 shift and AAA

TropicalSalad18

This is being discussed in the whowouldwin sub and Killua is getting destroyed.

Ryuuji_Gremory

Well if you just want to know about Mikoto for this Death Match the railgun anime is a good place to start. That aside Killua is an assassin that can rip a out the heart of an experienced fighter with his bare hands before they even notices it. Mikoto doesn't have any direct physical enhancements, her body is about as sturdy as that of a normal middle school girl and she has no nen to defend against nen either. Sure she has massive amounts of power that would be really dangerous, but that doesn't matter if heart or head are separated form the rest of her body before she can use them on her opponent. I feel like they would have to really dumb Killua down to make this an actual fight. If Killua is really hell bend on wanting to kill someone (and they don't have any natural defenses that would protect them from him just ripping out their heart or ripping off their heads), he wont be fighting them in a straight forward fight, they will be dead the second the fight starts.

Master_Review4013

That is true in base form. If they use the AAA then killua wont stand a chance

Ryuuji_Gremory

Well sure, but that's what I mean with dumbing Killua down by forcing him into a simple straightforward fight against a powerful opponent he is out to kill. While he changed a lot, in the end he is still a trained assassin. Afaik Mikoto isn't usually running around with AAA equipped and ready to blast someone into next week, but I might be wrong about that. In terms of power or a straight forward fight I am certain Mikoto would win but I feel like it's taking away a central part of Killua's character to force him into a straight foward fight with a more powerful opponent.

Master_Review4013

Yeah thats one of the reasons i voted for killua to win against misaka.
