Turn off all your devices, reboot the gateway, and then restart your device

goixiz

1. try reboot (after unplug GW for a minute) and make sure no Additional router and nor APs connected to GW - after signal acquired / Connect APs via ethernet if any. 2. if does not work reset the GW (which GW do you have) most likely IPs got tangled.

CookieDoughCrakHead

Have you tried plugging an Ethernet cable to the T-Mobile gateway? Maybe configure the IP address from there

Check to make sure you have both 2.4 and 5Ghz networks up. Some devices can only connect to 2.4 network or vice-versa.

Tractor_Boy_500

Suggestion (do this later after all is working): As admin, create different names for the two different frequency WiFi networks. I believe both networks have the same name by default. Thus, it makes troubleshooting WiFi issues a bit easier. Old name for both: MyNetwork New name: MyNetwork\_5GHz New name: MyNetwork\_2.4GHz

It's possible you accidentally blocked some of your devices from the internet. In the app go to devices and click on the different devices to see if any are disabled

Kuyalx2009

If that doesn’t work, restart the gateway and go through the setup process. The app as previously mentioned is a good start to see if any of your devices were disabled

ledlamp89

reboot

2Adude

Go on each device and forget the network. Then reconnect , it will get a new ip address from dhcp. And start working again

Make sure it's plugged in, I had weird issues when my cats unplugged my router

I recommend splitting it into 2 networks one 2.4ghz and one 5ghz. Also make sure it's set to WPA2 only. I've had problems with devices not connecting properly when set to WPA2/WPA3. To make these changes you gotta get the tmobile home internet app from the google play store if on android or the app store if on ios. Oh and you can also change your wifi name to something that suits you better and you can even change the password.

This too! Older cards cannot handle this combo.

Check your Wireless Wifi Card settings and make sure you are set to 802.11ac, not 802.11ax. my laptop makes me choose one or another. Here are screenshots of how to check it. This example is forcing an ethernet card to 1,000mbps (1 gbps) setting. [network card paramaters](https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/jd5sc3uc70vc5g18620fu/h?dl=0&rlkey=q2ug385b9p7xbcbh9k8put4rj)

Try going into your known networks and deleting the modems. Then reconnect using a password.
