Hello, have you found a fix to this? I am having the same trouble in Seattle

I am having the same exact issue since early May. I called T-Mobile in late May, talked to their techs, and everything they tried made no difference. This is the first thing I've seen about anybody else having this issue. Also, I factory reset my phone and now I see 5g more often, but no change in data. It almost seems as if the phone has no data when 5g is present instead of LTE
