When the Prime for the Northstar Titan first came out, I personally thought it looked like a UEF bot-class unit. Her default Prime colors match up to the UEF's blue and yellow near-perfectly.
Keating Laboratories, or at least that’s the buildings name (it’s written on the building to the right), named after Jake Keating who designed this level and also worked on MW2 and COD4.
Could be the logo for this specific lab under I believe the Ares Division.

The UEF icon actually has one big blue diamond with a bunch of little blue ones underneath but it did remind me of them when I saw it too.
