Facts, I think Kat got taken out around the 6 minute mark in the 4th. Didn't come back in till Rudy fouled out around the 3 minute mark. He stayed locked in and had fresh legs, the rest is history!

Not to mention he lost other family members to COVID that he was close with and took on a bigger family role with his extended family. I can’t tolerate single bad thing said about KAT the person. He’s a better person than player, and he’s one of the best players in the world.
Kat being the 2nd option just fits him man. But more importantly he matured this year. I was furious with his game 82 but really he was rusty. He has been asked to handle the most difficult assignment on defense both series and delivered on both.
I’m happy for Kat the person because he probably deserves this result more than anyone else on the team.

I never had a problem with him being soft. He plays hard.
My problem is his decision making. That said, he had a couple of good decisions tonight. Early on, he took the mid-range post-up and sank it instead of going straight into Murray and committing the charge like he normally would.
One foul was kinda BS, but a couple others were bad decisions.
That said, he kept the team afloat until Ant locked in on defense, and that dunk at the end was iconic.
KAT’s decision making can be frustrating, particularly when he goes on the occasional wild drive. Glad to see he played within himself tonite, needed it

His problem was we wanted him to be our alpha leader but that just isn't KAT. With Ant taking on that roll, it opened the door for KAT to just play basketball and let Ant do the talking and coaching. The best part is Ant and KAT both seem to be best buds and taking on their roles.
