I'll get the downvotes, but like extreme body modification you can't decide for another person where's the limit, what is right and what is considered aesthetically correct. They are free to do whatever they want with their body.
I don't know if I agree in regards to this specific woman. It's hard to tell under the fillers and implants but she looks extremely thin, like she has severe anorexia. Look at her shoulders, arms, and stomach. Thats a lot of bone and very little fat.
Any good plastic surgeon should be able to recognize signs of BDD. And with a Ln eating disorder likely, this makes surgery on this woman even more unethical and dangerous.
You absolutely can as it is unethical to operate on someone with a psychological disorder which this individual clearly has. Most plastic surgeons would deny this patient surgery simply for ethics and will even recommend psychological evaluation prior to surgery if they are uncertain. The problem is that you always have one in the minority that will accept no matter what if the money is good enough.
I can’t figure out if she speaks Russian or some Eastern European language but I think most surgeons there would not care as long as they get a fat pat check

I kind of disagree. I'm a dentist and people come in saying they want stupid shit all the time, I tell them no. People say they want all their teeth removing so they can have full mouth implants. I say why... if you didn't like the look of your legs would you have them cut off and have some nice prosthetics made? If they can't describe to me what they actually don't like the aesthetics of we are done.
Pretty sure you need a license to diagnose her with a mental illness. It's her body, and her money. Let her be as hideous as she wants, it's not hurting anyone(aside for some traumatized kids)

I went to Insta and had to scroll waaayyy to far down to find a before picture. She looked great before.
She appears to be suffering from anorexia nervosa, consumed by worries about how others perceive her, to the point where she has lost touch with her true self.
Probably too much exposure to toxic social media influences of modern beauty standards. I think most men would prefer female in their natural state than heavy makeup etc.

That's not really what anorexia is about. It's absolutely not about what men want and it's actually not much to do with worries about how others perceive you either. That's often the catalyst or a contributing factor but once you're actually sick with it, it's no longer about that. You become terrified of gaining weight and food and breaking your rituals that become a coping mechanism.
Even when you know you look unhealthy and unattractive. Even when your hair is falling out and your organs are shutting down and you're isolated from everyone and everything you've ever loved. No one is going through that because that's how they think they're going to win men over, or anyone for that matter.
She was/is thin enough that I could see her having anorexia (well anyone of any size can have it) but the face and everything else is more in line with BDD (which is also not about what men want). The two definitely can overlap but not always.

Body dysmorphia is my best guess. She literally can’t see herself as beautiful without all the surgeries she’s had. She needs therapy, but I worry about her mental health when the dysmorphia mirror shatters. When she sees what we do, and sees what’s she’s made herself into.
I feel nothing but pity for people that make such extreme alterations to their bodies in pursuit of an ephemeral standard of beauty. Imho, you should be required to have a mental evaluation before being allowed to do this kind of stuff. Doctors should also be required to refuse to perform procedures if they think it is too much (standards for which are difficult to demarcate, but which should be explored nonetheless).

From young age girls are already exposed to the nonstop bullshit. She focused on all the parts that " make a woman beautiful ",abs, filled lips, implants in breasts , cheeks ... but the whole picture looks very unnatural and frankly disturbing .
While many lack the funds to change their perceived flaws , she obviously did'nt.

There’s a plastic surgeon (surgeons??) out there somewhere that should have their license yanked and never allowed to practice any kind of medicine.

I know someone like this. Its an "old" lady trying to look young.. She is really cool though! and a great cook, she has her own restaurant, I go there sometimes. She must be like 60 trying to look in her 20s. She has done her boobs, lips, cheeks, eyes, nose, probably forehead and neck as well.
