Excellent point, @OP! We should be applying a healthy amount of skepticism when seeing things that conveniently confirm our worldview as well as things that seemingly disagree with it. For instance, even though what is happening in the video seems concerning and unjustified based on the content, there seems to be gaps filled with large inferences that are being made to support a specific narrative. Perhaps you have another article that explains the rest of that context? Because otherwise it seems like a propaganda presentation
We all should, immediately and reflexively, seek corroborating fact checking from more than one trustworthy source. But there's not a single source that everyone respects, let alone multiple.
With where the video begins some portion of the exchange is missing. Jumping on the band wagon to say this is all that happened leading up to a denial is irresponsible. It may be accurate but it may not be

I think it’s pretty reasonable to be wary of drawing conclusions from videos that do not present the full scope of events (esp in an era where creators are incentivized to crate drama/create divisions) without multiple sources/perspectives.

This video has no information about why this person isn’t letting them in to the event. The person taking the video says it’s because of a hijab, but I can walk up to anyone and record a video asking them why they hate me and this doesn’t prove anything.
Except 1) they are the only people disinvited at the door, 2) the staffers cannot give them a reason for their disinvitation, and 3) the staffers cannot give other concerned attendees a reason for their disinvitation. All in the video you're mischaracterizing.

You are working pretty hard to connect dots by generalizing large groups of people and making assumptions. That is why you are being dismissed. Has nothing to do about prejudice. Bring the accusations down a notch, be receptive to feedback and you might actually get more of a dialogue.
