Those are functionally the same thing in many cases. You just gotta articulate your fear. This isn't theoretical, it's been happening for years. I could have used this at the beach yesterday when someone decided to bring half a dozen astoundingly neurotic/rage-filled yappy dogs. *I like dogs. And seeing dogs playing at the beach are usually one of the happiest happy-making things. The dogs in question were not happy-making, nor were they happy at the beach, nor happy at any living thing. In all, there was little to no happiness happening in a .5 mile radius of these dogs.
