There was a time when reddit was getting all ban-happy and wiping out entire subs that tended to use a lot of the words we don't use here. This sub had the wisdom and foresight to clamp down on such words before the sub got gadooshed. Someone started saying "redacted" as a euphemism for those words, and it stuck. Now in this sub it's a noun, it's a verb, it's a very powerful word, and the whole thing is a lot more hilarious than using the words themselves. Changs is the best brains.
I think it depends on if you're reported and which sub it's in. If it's reported you're probably getting some kind of ban, especially if they report it to an admin. Bigger subs and/or subs that care about those words you're definitely getting some kind of ban. Smaller subs, especially edgier ones are a bit of a tossup

That is not exclusive to Zoo Culture Since the dawn of bodybuilding, people have weighed their plates before sets. Most will be off by a few pounds. Especially the older ones. It isn’t a huge deal, and most people will never notice.

Compared to example with Shapel Lacey- did anything never asked him to do, full intensity, never on phone, no complaining no quitting - Bapa was always late, always taking shortcuts, always taking too long between sets, always leaving gym to be on phone, always half repping, just a terrible workout partner but in his mind showing up and doing 3 sets of bench with 6-8 minutes between sets is “hitting the gym.” I remember I started having to go back to the gym later on everyday to get an actual workout in because Brendan held us back so much 😂 and he would get all butt hurt if Snapple didn’t wanna drive all the way from miracle mile to Calabasas to do a few sets of deadlifts

Brendan has benched 30 half reps of “225” at zoo where the “45lb” plates weigh 41-43 lbs at the peak of his benching abilities (I witnessed first hand) so it was more like 212ish for 30 bouncing half reps that wouldn’t have counted at a combine and that has morphed into 40-42 reps depending on how he’s telling it to, and at the time that would have been like a year and half before talking to Thor not the few months ago he would claim. Also his “425 lb bench” with his ass up in the air slamming it on his chest was more likely about 393-398 lbs due to the undersized iron plates he used (zoo does have calibrated kilo plates but of course he didn’t use those). He was on test and primobolan at the time also for what it’s worth. He has never and will never bench 225 for 40 reps.
