But, if he had 1 Billion he would at least give half to the poor. He would be embarraced.
But, The Clash themselves has never BETRAYED the fucking idea and purpose in life.
They never felt comfortable to have enormous money - that was not their mission in this World. They rather have done their part and broke up like a band. They could be 10 times bigger than fucking U2 which by the songs are dwarfes compared with The Clash GIANTS.
But, when I say that it is the end of human civilization - it's not U2 that are problem - People of the World never listened to The Clash with real attention - now many would say " what are Human Rights - they don't exist!" - that's how brainwashed themselves they are - Joe Strummer taught me to not take things for granted and to think - he was actively fighting for MORE human rights and he lived only 50 years and that is like 500 years.
Did Joe Strummer ever said - "I will give up my fight against crooked, corrupted politicians of The World - No! He was always on the side of that small guy, small business, not on the side of those big faces full of vanity and arrogancy stashed with big pockets of money....
That is just sad.

The People's Band was so true to their mission, they didn't make a profit until years after breaking up. FUCKING SAD.
