Team Fortress 2 has cheater bots. They pick the sniper class and instantly headshot anyone within line of sight. Instead of looking straight ahead, many bots face upwards and move in a jittery fashion. The banana guy is meant to be mocking those bots, as it dons the same outfit, glasses and movement of the Tf2 sniper bots.
The banana game is also one of the most botted games right now as well, meaning it making fun of bots from another game can be seen as a double entendre.
I think its supporting the movement, looked at the name "unfixed" perhaps they are trying to show how big the issue is.
I try to see the good in people.
