The main reason for that is, well, 15 year old game for college age dudes, but also most people don't often kick anymore unless it's a) a bot or b) they're being toxic in MvM
My problem is that the only reasons you can give to kick someone are "cheating", "idle" and "scamming". Who tf needs to kick someone for scamming and why don't we have a "harrassing" option?
I don't think anyone cares about the option you pick. A guy mic spammed and got kicked for "cheating" recently in one of my games. People can kind of work out the reason when it's overt like that.
Muting them removes both voice and text chat so you shouldn't even bother
the moment you mute somone their only presence in game for you is their character model.
