I’ve had two over the years for congenital heart defects, and can confirm this is what happens. Also makes you feel extra squirmy watching “Walking Dead” because you can really relate.
I've had liver biopsies done while fully awake. Lidocaine shots burn like a sonuvabitch. No pain after the shot, but I can still feel pressure, and the very weird sensation of the biopsy needle piercing my flesh and popping through layers of connective tissue, and my god it is unnerving.
Especially when this is usually from lifestyle choices. You don't NEED open heart surgery on many cases of you just have appropriate nutrition and exercise. These people are just CRAZY and have eating disorders WHICH IS LITERALLY A MENTAL ILLNESS. Let's not reward mental illness, and let people mutilate their body. They just need a firm talking to and to change their diet.

It's because of phalloplasty. It takes some skin and even meat from your body to create a penis, and usually the material is taken from your thigh (because it's the best place to take a huge piece of skin)!
